Identifying Rule Errors

This feature highlights the rules errors occurred after the validation process completion.

To identify rule issues:

  1. Make sure you first validate the PDF file. See Validating PDF for validation steps.

    A Validation failed dialog is displayed to underline the items and a short summary to help you solve them.

  2. To open the rule , go to the RULES section and select the rule highlighted with , the error icon.
  3. Click on the rule.
