Depending on the operating system, the syntax for the PDF2PDFUA transform is:

pdf2pdfua.nnn [-ooutput file name] [-icontrol filename] [-b [number_of_threads] input directoryoutput directory] [-doutput for dumping text] [-linearizetrue/false] [-encryptowner passworduser password encryption flags] [-decryptpassword] [-keypassword] [-traceregular expression] [inputfile]

where .nnn represents the extension .bat for Windows and .sh for Linux and AIX.
