Troubleshooting
If you encounter problems while you are working with RICOH Accessibility Designer, you might be able to solve them by using the information in this section.
If a message appears
This section explains essential messages. If you encounter a message that is not explained in this section, follow the instructions in the message.
Validating PDF
| Message | Action and Reference |
| The condition has no branch action. | Make sure you set condition rules for either the True or False branch. |
| The element needs to be part of a table. | The matched table row element should be part of the table structure. |
| Missing fixed text value in element. | Make sure matched elements such as paragraph, heading, link, note, table data, column
header, row header are not empty when the element property is set on Fixed.

| The Anchor must have at least one coordinate. | Make sure at least one of X and Y anchor properties is not set to Absent. |
