RICOH Data Collector User Interface
You can access the user interface from a supported web browser. For information on the supported web browsers and the minimum requirements, see Computer Requirements.

The RICOH Data Collector user interface consists of these areas:

The Printers page, for viewing and managing printers as data sources for RICOH Data Collector.

The Go to Analytics tab, for monitoring data sources, viewing collected data, and setting alerts for important changes.

The Settings button
, for viewing and editing RICOH Data Collector settings, configuring auto update options, and viewing the activity log. -
The Account button
, for viewing your user name and for signing out. -
The Help button
, for viewing information on how to configure and use RICOH Data Collector. -
The Search button
, for finding a data source configured in RICOH Data Collector. -
The Add Printer... and Scan for Printers buttons, for adding a printer manually or searching for printers automatically.
