Settings Tab
Use the Settings tab to see information about your company account and configure some security settings.
The tab is divided into two sections:
- Account
- Shows details about your account, including company name, contact and billing information, and default language for all the users in your company.
- Security
- Shows the User inactivity timeout and lets you turn multifactor authentication on and off.
If you enable multifactor authentication, all users must register an authenticator app to use with TotalFlow Cloud the next time they sign in. They are required to use the authenticator for every sign in. TotalFlow Cloud supports standard Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) compliant authenticator apps that use the HMAC-SHA1 algorithm, such as Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, and Authy.
Click Edit settings in the top-right corner of the page to update your account details or security settings.
