Security

Use these procedures to add users to your account, manage security settings such as passwords and multifactor authentication.

  1. Adding Users
    When you add a user, you specify the user's contact information and what type of role the user has for each application.
  2. Changing your Password
    Change your password to ensure the security of your account.
  3. Resetting an expired password
    When your password expires, you receive an email from RICOH TotalFlow Cloud to help you reset it.
  4. Enabling multifactor authentication
    Enable multifactor authentication to increase the security of your account.
  5. Reset multifactor authentication status
    If a user loses access to their phone, they cannot log in to RICOH TotalFlow Cloud. To prevent unauthorized access, you can reset the enrollment status for the user, so they can re-enroll when they replace their phone.
