Disabling job encryption for InfoPrint Manager for Windows
- Stop all running instances of InfoPrint Manager. In interoperated environments, stop all running instances of InfoPrint Manager on all interoperated machines.
- Run
pddec_jobs. In interoperated environments, runpddec_jobssequentially on all interoperated machines. - Uncomment and set
EnableFileEncryptionto 0 or remove theipm-file-encryption.cfgfile. - Start all instances of InfoPrint Manager or reboot.
- Note:
- Before running
pddec_jobs, make sure that there is at least1.5* (size of jobs + rip files)free space available on the partition where jobs are stored.
