License Installation

All installations of RICOH ProcessDirector start with a Trial license. Install your permanent license as soon as you can to avoid having the trial period expire and locking you out of the software.

Tip: To open the video in full screen mode:
  • Using Firefox: Click the full screen icon in the lower right corner of the video player.
  • Using Chrome or Edge: Click this link: Open in full screen mode
