Creating a New Blank Job

You can create a blank job with default settings using the New Blank Job function.
Note: This function is not available in the browser version of TotalFlow Prep.
To create a blank job:
  1. Open TotalFlow Prep.
  2. Click New Blank Job on the Quick Actions screen.

A new job with a single blank page is created. The job paper size corresponds to the default paper size specified on the Preferences screen.
Note: If a job is already open in TotalFlow Prep, go to File ⇒ New Blank Job to create a blank job.
