eMudhra Intermediate CA Compromise
On October 20, 2026, it was announced that private keys for eight eMudhra intermediate
certificate authority (CA) certificates had been compromised. The certificates have
been revoked and major browsers have already been updated to block requests that use
them.
Ricoh is aware of the issue and is investigating impacts to our production printing products. Results of these investigations will be posted here as new information is available.
RICOH TotalFlow Cloud
RICOH TotalFlow Cloud products, such as RICOH Predictive Insight, are not affected by this issue.

Our team is working on updates for all products to permanently resolve the issue. Most of these updates should be available in November 2026. If you require a solution before the official update is available, contact Software Support. The Support team can provide steps to manually update your system if absolutely necessary.
Note: The manual process is extremely detailed and labor intensive. It also requires the
assistance of an administrator with root access to your systems. If you choose this
option, plan for at least an hour of activity.
